Our honey is 100% natural and raw, with NO ADDITIVES.

Some mass-produced honey is heat treated and ultra filtered during the harvesting process, removing many of the beneficial compounds. Marshall’s Western Australian Honey is extracted, settled and bottled, giving the consumer the experience of eating pure honey, as it exists in the hive.

All our active honey is tested and certified by the National Measurement Institute - the Australian Government’s national authority on measurement.

A sample of each of Marshall’s Western Australian Honey batches is delivered to the Australian Government’s national authority on measurement – the National Measurement Institute. Each batch of active honey available from us has come back with certification showing Total Activity readings well above the Western Australian state rating of TA 35+.
